Information we collect

When you book an assessment or become a client, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, age group, goals and any notes. Clients may also record programme data (weight, workouts, photos) within the portal.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to deliver and improve your coaching: to design your programme, communicate with you, send reminders you've opted into, and manage your account. We do not sell your data.

Cookies & analytics

Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site, so we can improve it. It sets cookies in your browser and collects the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google anonymises), and basic device and browser information. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Analytics runs only on our public marketing pages. The client portal and coaching areas are deliberately excluded, so your training, nutrition and progress data is never sent to Google.

You can opt out at any time using your browser's cookie settings, a tracker-blocking extension, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in are not analytics cookies and cannot be disabled.

Data security

Passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is restricted. Progress photos and personal notes are visible only to you and your coach.
