Information we collect
When you book an assessment or become a client, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, age group, goals and any notes. Clients may also record programme data (weight, workouts, photos) within the portal.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to deliver and improve your coaching: to design your programme, communicate with you, send reminders you've opted into, and manage your account. We do not sell your data.
Data security
Passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data is restricted. Progress photos and personal notes are visible only to you and your coach.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at admin@shikhar.fit.
